By helping the municipality identify and organize a toolbox of incentives to entice developers, and by encouraging developers to incorporate the community’s vision into the proposed improvements. That end product may take a variety of forms and be accomplished in numerous ways. The best use of property may be residential, commercial, retail, office or even all of the above in the form of a mixed-use development. The successful execution might be a Brownfield redevelopment, Historic restoration, new build and/or Green Design.
